From sketch to filed sheet in four steps
Send what you have, approve a quote, and receive filing-ready drawings in 3–4 business days, or within 24 hours when the deadline is close.
- STEP 1
Send your material
Hand sketches, photos, videos, prototypes, CAD files or the draft specification. We sign an NDA on request before you share anything.
- STEP 2
Get your quote
We reply within 24 hours with the number of sheets, the price and a delivery date.
- STEP 3
Drafting and checks
An engineer prepares the figures. Two more reviewers check them against the drawing rules of your patent office.
- STEP 4
Delivery and revisions
You receive filing-ready files in the formats you need. Changes are free, including fixes after an office action.
Three checks before anything reaches you
Errors cost you time with the examiner. We catch them here.
- CHECK 1
Draftsman’s review
The engineer who drew the figures checks them against your source material and specification.
- CHECK 2
Rules review
A second reviewer checks margins, line weight, numerals and labels against the rules of your patent office.
- CHECK 3
Final review
A final pass over the complete set for consistency across views, sheets and file formats.

Common questions
What can I send you to work from?
Hand sketches, photographs, videos, prototypes, CAD files, 3D models, reference documents or a written description.
Can you work from a CAD model?
Yes. We work from STEP, IGES and SolidWorks files and other common 3D formats.
Which file formats do you deliver?
PDF and TIFF for filing, plus PNG, JPEG, DWG, Adobe Illustrator and Visio source files on request.
How long does a set of drawings take?
Standard delivery is 3–4 business days. Our rush service delivers within 24 hours for a small surcharge. For complex projects, we confirm the timeline in your quote.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited, at no extra cost. If the USPTO or another office raises a drawing objection, we make the corrections free of charge.
Do you guarantee patent office compliance?
Every set is drawn to the rules of the office you are filing with (USPTO, EPO, PCT and others) and checked against them three times before delivery.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send any material.
